Fun with Felting Texture

I am having so much fun experimenting with various textures in felt (thank you #fionaduthie). This started as an experiment with nuno felting paj silk and nuno quilting. The rosette is marjellan silk dyed with avocado skins and the base is merino dyed with cold tea (who would have thought?).
I hate wasting anything so the sample ended up as another journal cover. This one I will keep for my 2019 diary.
